Biography
Suzi Rutti, MSW, LISW-S (she/her) owns and operates the private practice group Rutti Counseling & Consultation, LLC in Columbus, Ohio. She is a co-owner of the Ohio Institute for Trauma and Wellness, LLC and the Central Ohio EMDR Connection, LLC. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health. She is a Clinical Social Worker that works with children, adolescents and adults of all ages, and does not have a minimum age requirement. She specializes in the treatment of complex PTSD, dissociation/dissociative disorders, preverbal trauma, sexual violence, childhood abuse, traumatic birth experience, intimate partner violence, and other adverse life experiences. Suzi primarily practices using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and mindfulness-based practices into her work. Suzi is a senior faculty member with The Institute for Creative Mindfulness and provides EMDR Therapy foundational training and Advanced Training topics in Central Ohio. She provides clinical supervision and EMDR therapy consultation as an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant to clinicians across the nation. Suzi believes in the importance of making high quality trauma treatment accessible to all communities, and has presented to numerous local and national audiences on a variety of topics relevant to the impact of trauma and how best to support survivors.

Biography
As owner and co-founder of Renew Wellness, a holistic counseling practice specializing in EMDR therapy, mindfulness practices, and yoga, Anna Schott believes that real change comes from connecting the mind, body, and spirit utilizing a variety of holistic modalities and interventions.
Anna is a LISW-S and earned her Masters in Social Work and Masters of Arts in Public Policy and Management through The Ohio State University. She earned her BA in Psychology from Denison University. She is trained in and utilizes EMDR therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy, and DBT. Anna is a Certified EMDR Therapist and an Approved Consultant through the EMDR International Association as well as an EMDR trainer and adjunct faculty member of the Institute for Creative Mindfulness.
In addition to her clinical background, Anna is a Registered Yoga Teacher and teaches therapeutic yoga classes to clients of Renew Wellness. As part of the treatment process, all clients who attend therapy at Renew Wellness receive a free yoga membership and can attend any of the classes offered at Renew Wellness.
Anna also provides EMDR consultation to clinicians working towards their EMDR training requirements as well as certification. She co-facilitates EMDR basic trainings as an adjunct faculty of the Institute for Creative Mindfulness and co-founded Central Ohio EMDR Connection, which provides advanced EMDR therapy trainings. Anna enjoys expanding clinicians’ knowledge of EMDR therapy and demonstrating how to incorporate EMDR therapy into their own practices.
Anna is passionate about working with individual clients with complex trauma, attachment trauma, PTSD, dissociation, depression, anxiety, and addiction on a weekly basis and also offers EMDR intensive sessions on a case-by-case basis. In therapy, her specialty is to help clients reprocess negative beliefs about oneself and develop mindfulness skills, overcoming anxiety, depression, dissociation, complex and attachment trauma, addictions, and compulsive behaviors, freeing them to work towards discovering their best self.

Foundational training consultation is available to clinicians who attended training through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness.
Anna specializes in working with individuals with complex trauma and dissociation, who would like to improve their emotional, physical, and spiritual health through EMDR therapy, somatic therapy, and yoga and provides consultation to other like-minded practitioners who are invested in developing their foundational skills in EMDR therapy and are interested in developing an holistic approach to therapy.

Biography
Adam O’Brien, LMHC, CASAC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor in New York State. He is located in Chatham (Albany/Hudson area) where he maintains a private practice. He has experience working with addictions, domestic violence, victims of crime, first responders, veterans, children, adolescents, and adults. Adam has regularly been doing trauma resolution “Intensives” sessions and is an excellent resource on this up and coming EMDR therapy service. He has agency, EAP, intensive outpatient, community-based settings, and residential experience. He specializes in addiction (chemical and behavioral), dissociation, complex trauma, preverbal, intergenerational, historical, medical, spiritual abuse, psychedelic integration, and harm reduction. He also has excellent experience with 12-steps, recovery, integrative medicine, loss, anger, and adoption. He is well-versed in Ego State Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Progressive Counting (PC), Brainspotting (BSP), and is in the certification process to become a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist with Dr. Jamie Marich. Biography
Rachel Weaver MSW, LISW-S, LICDC-CS, DBTC, REAT, RMT, RYT-200 graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. Rachel has worked with children, teens, adults, the elderly, and groups since 2006. She has been employed as a clinician, supervisor, educator, and clinical director in community mental health agencies, private practices, universities, colleges, and substance abuse agencies. Currently, she is a Social Work lecturer/professor, clinical internship liaison, and supervisor at The Ohio State University. She is also the owner and CEO of WiseMind Consulting & Wellness LLC, a consulting, mental health, and wellness private practice in Columbus, OH. As a social work and chemical dependency supervisor, Rachel provides ongoing guidance and supervision to students, interns, and clinicians; both within and outside of her private practice. Expanding knowledge within the field, she presents continuing education workshops on topics such as DBT, EMDR, supervision, ethics, cultural humility, DSM-5, and many more. Biography
Jasmine Adams, LCSW (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Long Beach, California. She has practiced in a variety of settings: outpatient clinics, wraparound services, and substance abuse facilities. She has held a private practice since 2014, is a Certified EMDR therapist through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), and currently a Consultant in Training (working under Rhea Harris-Junge).
Jasmine’s case conceptualization is client-centered, empowering her clients to choose the healing process that works best for their specific needs. Furthermore, she strives to provide her clients with self-empowerment tools and ways to notice and better understand themselves. She has experience working with clients who are seeking to heal from trauma with specialized expertise in pregnancy loss and other Maternal Mental Health. Through her development as an EMDR therapist, Jasmine realized the value of incorporating the EMDR model into her own clinical voice and as a consultant, helps her consultees to do the same. Jasmine has a particular passion to spread EMDR practices to clients of color (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color community) and help support other clinicians connected to the BIPOC community.
