Adam O’Brien, LMHC, CASAC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor in New York State. He is located in Chatham (Albany/Hudson area) where he maintains a private practice. He has experience working with addictions, domestic violence, victims of crime, first responders, veterans, children, adolescents, and adults. Adam has regularly been doing trauma resolution “Intensives” sessions and is an excellent resource on this up and coming EMDR therapy service. He has agency, EAP, intensive outpatient, community-based settings, and residential experience. He specializes in addiction (chemical and behavioral), dissociation, complex trauma, preverbal, intergenerational, historical, medical, spiritual abuse, psychedelic integration, and harm reduction. He also has excellent experience with 12-steps, recovery, integrative medicine, loss, anger, and adoption. He is well-versed in Ego State Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Progressive Counting (PC), Brainspotting (BSP), and is in the certification process to become a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist with Dr. Jamie Marich. Rachel Weaver MSW, LISW-S, LICDC-CS, DBTC, REAT, RMT graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. Rachel has worked with children, teens, adults, the elderly, and groups since 2006. She has been employed as a clinician, supervisor, educator, and clinical director in community mental health agencies, private practices, universities, colleges, and substance abuse agencies. Currently, she is a Social Work lecturer/professor, clinical internship liaison, and supervisor at The Ohio State University. She is also the owner and CEO of WiseMind Consulting & Wellness LLC, a consulting, mental health, and wellness private practice in Columbus, OH. As a social work and chemical dependency supervisor, Rachel provides ongoing guidance and supervision to students, interns, and clinicians; both within and outside of her private practice. Expanding knowledge within the field, she presents continuing education workshops on topics such as DBT, EMDR, supervision, ethics, cultural humility, DSM-5, and many more. Alexis Rae Burrow, M.A., LPCC-S, CEAT (she/her/hers) has worked in mental health treatment for over 12 years with teens and adults. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from The Ohio State University. She has been employed as a clinician, supervisor, and educator, in community mental health agencies, private practices, and universities. Alexis believes in a collaborative approach that focuses on individual needs and goals.
Alexis has specialized training in Dancing Mindfulness, and is certified as a facilitator. Alexis is a Certified EMDR therapist, EMDR Consultant in Training, Certified Expressive Arts therapist, and a Street Yoga Facilitator. In 2012 she received The Outstanding Doctoral Student in Mental Health Counseling Award from The Ohio State University specifically for her work in supervising students during their first practicum and internship experiences in Community Counseling. Alexis has been supervising counselors getting their independent licensure for over 7 years and is expanding her skill set by working towards becoming an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.

Katharine Fertig MSW, LSW, LCDC III graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and a Master’s degree of Social Work. Katharine worked with children with severe behavior disorders for 11 years. Katharine was also the recovery specialist at a group home for clients with severe persistent mental health. She has been working as an outpatient counselor and intensive outpatient counselor for the past several years in community mental health. Katharine is now at Hope Village Recovery Center in Rootstown, Ohio. It is a private practice focused on substance use and clients with co-occurring disorders. Katharine is the Trauma Care Coordinator. The focus of her clinical work utilizes EMDR Therapy, as well as expressive arts, mindfulness, and meditation. She has done extensive training on Dissociative Identity Disorder.
Katharine is a graduate of the Institute for Creative Mindfulness EMDR Therapy Training Program, as well as a Consultant-in-Training working toward Approved Consultant status under the direction of Rachel Weaver. She has also trained with ICM as a Certified Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator and Certified Expressive Arts Therapist.

Erin E. Kelly, MSW, LCSW, RYT-200 lives and practices as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from Saint Vincent College in 2010 and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. As a graduate of The Institute for Creative Mindfulness EMDR Therapy Training Program, Erin is an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training and training assistant working toward Approved Consultant status under the direction of Rachel Weaver, MSW, LISW-S, LICDC-CS, DBTC, REAT, RMT. Erin is an expressive arts therapist and improviser working towards her Registered Expressive Arts Therapist certification under Dr. Jamie Marich. Clinically, Erin frequently blends evidence-based clinical modalities with the arts and holistic practices to empower clients to discover their own healing paths. A current doctoral student at California Institute for Integral Studies, Erin is also exploring components of healing, vulnerability, and authenticity in the therapist-client relationship.
Erin currently owns a private practice in Pittsburgh, specializing in PTSD/complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, panic, and stress-related disorders. Erin frequently works with survivors of sexual violence and chronic abuse (ritualistic, sexual, physical, and emotional) and is proficient in working with individuals involved in LGBTQIA+, kink, and polyamory communities. At this time, Erin sees clients from ages 12 through adulthood, primarily late adolescence through young adulthood.
Past clinical experiences include community mental health, sexual assault crisis center, court-ordered outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, individual and group outpatient therapy for mental health, psychoeducational groups for dual diagnoses (mental health and substance use), and crisis management. Megan Miranda Ph.D IMFT-S, LPCC-S received her doctoral degree from The University of Akron in Counselor Education and Supervision with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has years of experience working with couples, families and individuals ranging from early childhood through late adulthood on a variety of presenting concerns. She specializes in treating trauma and adverse events which impact individual’s sense of self. She is a certified EMDR therapist and Expressive Arts therapist, trained in both Yoga Unchained and Dancing Mindfulness. Megan has a passion for assisting those she works with to gain self-compassion through understanding the neurobiological impact of trauma on mood and behaviors.
She is a seasoned educator and has taught several Master’s-level Counseling courses and is a trainer, supervisor and therapist at The Azalea Institute. She is an AAMFT approved supervisor, LPCC-S and IMFT-S. She is currently a Consultant in Training, working towards her EMDR consultant certification. She offers individual and group supervision/consultation for EMDR, MFT and LPC advancement. She offers a collaborative humanistic approach to supervision.

Ramona Skriiko, M.S.Ed., LPCC, REAT (she/her/hers) is fascinated by our bodies’ innate healing abilities and our power to transform our stories of trauma and loss into stories of growth. Ramona is a licensed professional clinical counselor, a trained EMDR therapist, a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, a Dancing Mindfulness facilitator and affiliate trainer, and an advanced student of Somatic Experiencing® therapy. She is currently in private practice in Warren, Ohio and specializes in the treatment of complex PTSD. Ramona believes that trauma healing doesn’t have to be so hard and enjoys using somatic and expressive arts therapies to tap into the healing power of play. A self-proclaimed Geek girl, Ramona believes our favorite stories provide insights into how our lives have been shaped by trauma and how we can overcome our trauma to claim our power and live lives of joy and meaning.
