Biography

I have a passion for being as self sufficient as possible, if you need sourdough starter let me know-lets talk chickens and gardening while we are at it. I believe staying busy with your passions helps heal the soul and get us through all the things life throws our way.

I’ve worked with my local Sheriffs office in the car with deputies going to crisis calls in the community(not just over the phone crisis), SWAT call-outs at 2 am working with deputies and crisis negotiators, in the prison system and State Hospitals as a Psychiatric Technician,  County Mental Health, and currently work at a local clinic doing therapy sessions with people all day.

My area of greatest passion & experience is helping people with trauma-both new and old. Trauma looks different for everyone, so don’t compare your apples to someone else’s oranges. I am familiar with 1st Responder, Medical, Law Enforcement, Military/Vet, LGBTQA+ culture. I enjoy working with people who are new to mental health struggles & people who have been in therapy before. No matter the label or situation Ill do my best for you.
