Institute for Creative Mindfulness founder Dr. Jamie Marich is trained in one of the most powerful systems of yoga nidra (sleep-based meditation) available today, Integrated Amrit Method (I AM). In the Fall of 2019, she custom prepared four yoga nidra exercises that are appropriate as part of preparation phase work in EMDR therapy, even constructing one specifically for EMDR therapy clients. The YouTube access to each of the exercises is offered here, as are the standard audio files. Please make sure that you try these yourself first before sharing with clients. When giving to clients, please make sure that you advise them to listen through to the intro and safety precautions.
