Warrior Queens

I do not call myself

a dysregulated survivor of sexual assault,

molestation, betrayal, physical abuse

or psychological trauma.

I won’t even call myself a thriver.

I am made of grit and faith.

I am a soul who signed up for a tough earth assignment.

I said yes to this in the spirit realm before I was embodied.

I am on purpose.

I do not disintegrate under the weight of challenges and betrayal.

Temporarily there is a Withering.

A retreat to a dark cave to nurse bleeding wounds.

I may move into silence and isolation.

Under the covers in the dark, hair wild, tear-stained face….

The season of high winds and fallen trees dictate this Pause.

Yet, we know seasons change,

Eventually

Sooner than Later

The body begins to gently move again

to shake off tension and the weightiness of deep pain

Lungs expand and breath invigorates muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

I am alive.

The brain and gut collaborate to create the neurochemicals to guide us back to the path of our soul contract.

We must remember.

We are Alive.

We are not victims.

We are not stagnant in the face of calamity and chaos.

We are Warrior Queens.

Living on Purpose to Elevate, transform, and restore ourselves

to the throne of our sacred wisdom and well-being.

We are Warrior Queens.

Here to fulfill a mighty Purpose.

We are Warrior Queens!
