Biography
Addressing trauma can be extremely challenging, and often what helps us survive is different from what helps us heal. If you’re ready for additional support in your journey, I would be honored to support you.
I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, drawing on extensive experience with a range of therapeutic approaches. One of the best tools for trauma is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR can be an incredibly effective tool for healing, and we can begin building these resources together. We will address one memory at a time, always at your pace. We will only work with memories or traumas you feel ready to explore, without pressure.
In addition to EMDR, I am also trained in other therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I find a blend of all of these methods to be very helpful for most clients.
